Some people said, "It's good that we're looking after them now".
After getting to know each other and starting the training, we worked on a SWOT analysis, using the tools of psychodrama, which were very useful for the group members. We also used the Dilts model to identify levels of change and addressed pressing personal issues. During the joint session we also came to a compilation of tasks. It was outlined to everyone that working together would be a longer process than they had anticipated. Fortunately, the first steps have been taken, and initial commitments have mobilised a great deal of energy, which we trust will help them further in this process.
At the end of the two days, we naturally reflected on the methods and techniques that Pronon staff have been using.Participants said that although they were worried that we were working with different methods than they were used to, they experienced that they were also working in a person-centred way and looked forward to seeing Pronon trainers in the future. It was a pleasure for us to hear this, too, that our tools and approach have been confirmed.
