Developing soft skills and maintaining, restoring mental health are key to the development and future of a company. In our work with ZNET Telecom, we go beyond preventive counselling, and through therapeutic methods we work for the rehabilitation of those coping with burnout.
In partnership with ZNET, we are currently working with volunteer participants to identify the source of development potential for their company, and are addressing the stress disease crisis of burnout, a condition that is the result of prolonged negative stress and overwork. Moving beyond diagnosis, we have started therapeutic sessions for rehabilitation. Reactivating a burnout employee is mutually beneficial for both the company and the employee: the former can keep the best, most qualified employees, and the latter can keep the job in which he or she has professional experience and a built-up network of contacts.
