During the two days of training with the organisers and group leaders, the greatest attention was paid to the development of cooperation and self-awareness in preparation for the challenges of group leadership and integration. In addition to theoretical knowledge, a strong emphasis was placed on practical games, which gave participants the opportunity to gain insight into their communication and self-awareness skills and the importance and effectiveness of developing them.
